Appartamento situato nel villaggio olimpico di Roma, totalmente ristrutturato con impianto radiante a pavimento e pannelli fotovoltaici in copertura.  Il layout e’stato modificato in modo da accogliere degli ambienti in piu’ rispetto al layout iniziale massimizzando la funzionalita’ e l’accoglienza degli spazi anche utilizzando soluzioni creative per combinare letti e armadi. Le finiture interne accostano materiali industriali come la resina color cemento utilizzata nella maggior parte dell’appartamento  a pavimento e sulle pareti della cucina e dei bagni uno dei quail ricorda il colore della sabbia del mare. Il legno naturale si accosta alla resina nelle pavimentazioni delle camere da letto e negli arredi su misura rendendo gli spazi piu’ caldi e accoglienti.

Totally renovated apartment located In the Olympic village of Rome, features radiant floor heating and photovoltaic system on the roof. The apartment layout was modified in order to accommodate more rooms and maximize functionality of the spaces also utilizing built in furniture and creative solutions combining storage spaces and beds. The interior finishes combine industrial materials such us cement color resin utilized in most of the apartment on the floor as well as kitchen wall and bathrooms one of which remembers the color of the sandy beaches.  Natural wood utilized in the bedroom floor and custom-made furniture is combined with resin floor to making the spaces warmer and more welcoming.
