Maria Teresa Facchinetti
Nata a Roma, Maria Teresa è un architetto con licenza italiana e newyorkese. Laureata presso la facoltà di architettura consegue la Specializzazione in Bio Architectura presso l'Università “La Sapienza” di Roma e un Master in Environmental Planning presso il Pratt Insitute di New York. Si trasferisce a Londra e successivamente a New York per dieci anni dove lavora come architetto progettista per Kiss+Cathcart architects leader in Sustainable and Productive Integrated Architecture. Maria Teresa è una professionista grintosa con spiccata capacità di problem solving e creatività oltre che una solida esperienza tecnica e progettuale internazionale. Progettista e coordinatore della sicurezza nei cantieri, segue l'evoluzione del progetto dall'idea iniziale alla fase di realizzazione e si occupa di tutti gli aspetti progettuali con particolare attenzione ai materiali e ai dettagli. Appassionata di musica, psicologia e yoga è responsabile insieme a Luigi della clientela internazionale.
Born in Rome, Maria Teresa Facchinetti is a registered architect in Italy and in New York State. She received a Master degree in Architecture and a post-degree specialization in Eco-Architecture from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and a Master degree in Environmental System Management from the Pratt Institute of New York. Currently based in Rome, she lived first in London and then in New York for ten years where she worked as project architect for Kiss+Cathcart architect a leading firm in Sustainable and Productive Integrated Architecture. Maria Teresa is an architect with strong problem solving skills, creativity as well as a solid international technical and design experience. She closely follows the evolution of the project from the initial idea trough construction and deals with all design and construction aspects with a particular attention to materials and details. She loves music, psychology, yoga and with together with Luigi she is responsible for the international clientele.

Complete renovation of a small apartment within a historic 1905 building in the heart of the San Lorenzo district of Rome, converted into two fully independent studio apartments.
The project focused on maximizing the efficiency of the interior layout, creating functional and comfortable living spaces within a compact footprint. Durable materials, a colour palette inspired by the local context, high-efficiency lighting, and fully gas-free building systems were carefully integrated to combine contemporary living standards with the character of the historic setting.
